Warranty & Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer a 30-day, in store, exchange or replacement warranty for defective hardware. Your returned item must come with all original packaging and contents, and your original receipt. Your returned item must be in “like new” condition with no signs of abuse, misuse or neglect. This will be subject to the discretion of True Vape.
There are no returns on batteries (all are tested before sale), e-liquid, or drip tips. These items are all final sale.
Online orders – You are responsible for the return shipping charges, but True Vape will pay the shipping for your replacement or exchange. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
